THE POPE


So Heather is back from her wonderful trip overseas. She got to travel to Italy, Croatia (back to Rijeka where she played!!) and Slovenia. The trip was a huge success due to the fact that the Bring it Promotions tour got them extremley good volleyball matches, which resulted in the Utes going 0-6. It was a learning experience but a good one because those things they need to work on to get better were re-enforced on the trip.

The most exciting part of the trip besides seeing her teammates and friends in Croatia, was seeing the POPE, and being about 10 feet away from him. He's a cute little man. There were thousands of people there to see him ride around, and he wasn't in his "pope mobile" so he was out in the open for everyone to see. It was extremely spiritual for all the girls who got to witness it.


Heather is already making plans for her next trip back to Croatia, anyone that wants in just holla back!
