SNOWING PINK CHERRY BLOSSOMS

I mentioned earlier that everywhere it looks like it has snowed pink. All around town, everywhere that there are cherry trees this is a typical sight. The rain last night knocked many of the blossoms off. I have been here for the complete cycle of the blossoms. First the pink buds showing on the trees, then the blossoms start popping, next the trees are in full bloom, and finally the new leaves start sprouting and the blossoms fall off. It really only takes about 10 days. The miracle of the cycles of life. How lucky can one be to pick just the right ten days for a trip to Japan?
